Microsoft licenses 3D Physics Developers Havok for Gaming World

Microsoft, the most popular technology based giant, procured Havok from Intel corporation. The main area of the Havok is to develop the search engine and licenses it to the gaming studios. Havok's work has been featured on more than 600 titles, including popular franchises such as Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty, Destiny, Dark Souls, The Elder Scrolls and Microsoft's own Halo.

One of the spokesperson from the Microsoft conveyed the welcoming message that, as we welcome Havok to the Microsoft family, we will continue to work with developers to create the excellent gaming experience to our users, and continue to license Havok's development tools to partners.

Havok is an amazing technology provider in the gaming industry and presented the real-time physics creator. Microsoft saw an opportunity to acquire Havok to deliver a great experience for their fans. The company explained that this a part of building the most completing cloud service.

Microsoft said that, they are delighted to add Havok's Technologies to its robust portfolio tools and components for developers, like Direct X12 and Azure. In a statement to IGN, the Microsoft said that they will continue to license Havok's Technology to broad AAA games.
