The bug which will definitely make you roll out on floor with big laugh is Microsoft's childish act. You are now enough confused, so let's give a full stop to the conundrum and furnish you with the latest jocular ecstasy.
Some tweets has been spreading like a wildfire on web saying Something Happened. What does it mean? Well, the words have a quite heavy weightage. They went to Microsoft's website and grabbed the ISO file for upgrading. Well, all did work well until an error message popped up to knock users down with a feather.
This error message is not saying anything about the bug, it simply said Something Happened. Weird and quite disappointing from a tech juggernaut in its biggest and final operating system. No information at all, just a childish message and very quickly spread on web via Twitter. Lots of tweets regarding this uninformative error message is circumgyrating to make a fun or to show its anger for the company and its new operating system.
One of the twitter users said that company has given a new slogan to its latest platform. One another tweet also made fun of the juggernaut by congratulating them for "setting a new standard for unhelpful error message."

According to all such happenings, it's clear that you will receive this message only if you try to upgrade through ISO file. In-place upgrade will not be showing this message. Well, the fact is not about why use ISO file for upgrading, the point is the error message which is not expected from a quite sincere and big organization.
We are showing some tweets below regarding the same:
