Aamir Khan's movie Talaash has made box office collection of 15 crore on the releasing day. The movie has left behind Raaz (10.50 crore), Cocktail (10.75 crore), Bol Bachhan (11.75 crore) and Barfi (8.5 crore). Trade analysts are considering this as a very good figure because there was no holiday or festival during the release of the movie.
The advance booking in the multiplexes of Delhi was started before five days of the release. There was huge crowd in multiplexes and the movie is not shown in the single screen of Delhi.
Bollywood's many celebrities were present in the premier of Aamir's new release, but film's heroin Kareena Kapoor's absence was a talking point in grand celebration. According to sources Aamir has said about Kareena's arrival in the premier as she had promised to be there in the party but she did not come in the premier. It is being said that Kareena was busy in the promotion of Dabangg-2 with Salman Khan so she was not present in the premier of her film with Aamir.
