Realme is a Shenzhen-based Chinese smartphone manufacturer and a sub-brand of OPPO Electronics Corporation until the Realme was not separated from Oppo. Realme has separated from Oppo in the month of May to make its own position in the smartphone segment. Bingzhong Li (Sky Li), a founder of the company has started Realme on 4th, May 2018 with young enthusiasts who have a vast knowledge of the smartphone industry. Realme is a technology brand that believes in rendering high-quality smartphones with advanced technologies and specifications, a strong processor and stylish design.
On 30th July, former vice president of OPPO has officially announced on Weibo that he is resigning from Oppo and make its separate entity with the brand Realme. Realme 1 is the first smartphone under the Realme brand that was launched in India in May 2018. Realme first preference to target Indian customers and now thinking to expand its presence across the globe. After the separation from Oppo, Realme had launched Realme 2 on 4th September 2018
