Nissan Tied-Up With MyTVS to Expand Service Network for Nissan and Datsun Customers

Nissan announced on Monday that it has entered into a strategic partnership with MyTVS to open Nissan Authorised Service Points (NASPs) for Nissan and Datsun customers. Nissan-MyTVS ally will help the Nissan & Datsun car owners in terms of getting expert service with trained staff, more convenient service and repair options. The NASPs further include genuine part availability and service parts replacements such as oil filters and brake pads, besides service and repair. 

MyTVS is an aftermarket brand owned by TVS Automobile Solution Private Ltd (TVS ASPL), considered as India’s one of the widest car service networks. Together with MyTVS, Nissan will soon open eight new Nissan Authorised Service Points in Tamil Nadu, in addition to the 23 authorised dealer networks, to provide better feasibility of car service. And further looking to cover pan India.

As the Datsun’s latest launch to the Indian market, the redi-GO urban cross has recently touched the showroom floors, opening new service points will provide easy access to car service and so as increase the appeal of buying a Datsun car for prospective customers.

Nissan and MyTVS are actively working to further expansion of NASPs to cover the rest locations throughout the country. This is an important tie-up for us which helps expands our presence and enjoy various synergies that are generated our companies that add value for our customers.”

The Nissan-Hover partnerships for sales came to an end a year ago when Nissan decided to go further on its own. However, With this new tie-up, the company is looking forward to offering an easy reach to customers for authorised service stations.
