2 Anonymous Yamaha Units Brought To Indian Soil For R and D Purpose

It’s really been so amazing that two unnamed Yamaha motorcycles have landed on the Indian soil. From the Zauba’s informative database, it has been known that both these motorcycles have been imported to the country via two different voyages all the way from Japan. The first one, which is said to house a 249cc engine has been brought in Delhi on 27 September and the next one shipped in Chennai on 1st October, with the underpinning of a dominant engine of 845cc displacement and in silver paint livery. Interestingly, the importer name has not been divulged in the detailed imported data of Yamaha motorcycle in the aforementioned informative database.

And its recently launched Yamaha YZF-R6 is a hyperphysical model of next gen features and technologies. So these orders might be placed by any other manufacturer for research and development purpose. And the other view which runs in the imaginary world of mind that Yamaha itself brought these vehicles for testing and homologation purpose with any idea of launching both these mysterious tourers in the Indian motoring market.

From the estimated declared values for these bikes by Zauba, it has been concluded that the 845cc bike, might carry a price tag nearer to INR 7 lakh. Altogether, the 2017 Yamaha MT-09 has recently been unveiled by the Japanese giant at the INTERMOT Show pavilion in Germany. While the second motorcycle, which might be priced little costlier than INR 1 lakh. It could be the fully faired YZF-R25 or the naked MT-25 Supermoto street bike. If talked about the availability of these rumored bikes in the Indian motoring world, the MT-09 is already on sale whereas no motorcycle from these supposed MT-25 and the YZF-25 is available to retail at the Yamaha outlets.
