Bajaj's Flagship Avenger 400 is Under Development

After getting huge applause from the re-launched Bajaj Avenger in October 2015, the Indian auto hunk is working on the Avenger 400 variant that may likely to get launched in December this year. As per the fresh reports from Autocar India, this revamped cruiser is under the development process alongside the upcoming Pulsar 400. The possible flagship product is going to lock the horns of UM Renegade machines.

The engine displacement of this new model is around 375cc, though much of the details are yet to be disclosed. Anticipations are there that the engine could get a liquid-cooling and fuel-injected mechanism with a 6-speed gearbox probabilities.

Aesthetically, the design appears to be very identical to that of its younger brothers, i.e. no compromise has been made in terms of styling as well. The Avenger 400 is going to be introduced in both- Street as well as Cruise variants.

The Indian automaker has some rigid plans to keep pace with the rivalry Royal Enfield, which has some significantly massive performance cruisers such as Thunderbird 350. By introducing this fresh set of cruiser Avengers in its portfolio, the second largest motorcycle brand in India is expecting to enhance its sales figures up by 9000 units. Bajaj has made an official announcement for the introduction of a 400cc model soon in India. However, it would be very exciting to watch that whether it is going to be Avenger 400 or Pulsar 400CS.
