BMW Released A New Promotional Video of G 310 R

The BMW has released a promotional video of its upcoming compact naked sports bike, G 310 R. The one and half minute video features a parallel ride of the World Champion of Longboard Downhill, Guto Negao on a skateboard alongside the BMW G 310 R run. During the entire video, the Negao describes the similar feeling of going a downhill on a longboard and astride the G 310 R.

BMW Motorrad even launched an official website for the naked G 310 R, and guess what more surprised us, the official website does not list India !!

The G 310 R will be the first product from the Joint venture of BMW Motorrad and TVS Motor company, and is the highly anticipated motorcycle in India since it was showcased at 2016 Delhi Auto Expo. Recently, the naked roadster has been launched in the UK at the price tag of GBP 4290 which is equivalent to INR 3.88 lakh and all set to go on sale in Europe. Considering especially the European market, the upcoming BMW G 310 R will be more affordable than the current likes of KTM Duke 390, Kawasaki Z300, and Yamaha MT-03.

No official word yet, considering some reports, the Indian-spec G 310 R launch is slated for the festive season this year. To cater the demand soon after its launch, the automaker has already begun the production of the street fighter at the TVS Motors Karnataka-based Hosur facility.

When launched in India, the naked street bike BMW G 310 R will compete the likes of KTM Duke 390, Kawasaki Ninja 300 and Yamaha MT-03.
