Electric Scooters and Motorcycles seem to be the new flavor of the month. Menza Lucat projected as India’s first electric Urban Sports motorcycle is making quite a noise can be booked online via Paytm Mall.
The EV is powered by an 18KW DC motor churning 60 Nm of torque. The DC Motor runs on a 6 KWh 72 V Li-ion battery pack. The Bike claims a mileage of 100 km on city roads and 150 Km on highways. The EV maker claims 4hrs of full charging time. The Li-ion battery has fast charging mode and can even be charged using normal wall sockets. RBS or regenerative braking system adds to the USP of the bike. The bike claims to clock an impressive top speed of 121 km/hr.
On the design front, the Electric motorcycle adorns a rugged look aided by its carbon fiber body, flat handlebars, twin-tube swing arm and circular LED headlights. The bike sits on an aluminum trellis frame supported by an inverted WP telescopic front suspension and a single suspension at the rear end.
Menza’s Lucat weighs 153 Kg and could be yours at INR 2,79,999. The Bike will be available for sale through Paytm mall. A whole plethora of EMI options from Kotak Bank, Citi Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI, HSBC, American Express, Standard Chartered Bank, IndusInd Bank, Yes Bank, RDL Bank is on offer.
