DSK-Benelli Motorcycles: A Brief Technical Overview With Prices

The Italian motorcycle manufacturer has now officially entered the Indian boundaries today. The launching ceremony of DSK-Benelli motorcycles just took place in Mumbai. The DSK-Benelli has come-up with five of its sports motorcycles for Indian line-up. The Italian two-wheeler maker has collaborated with the Pune-based motorcycle manufacturing company DSK Motowheels. Initially, the Italian maker has launched five amazing sports motorcycle for the Indian aficionados. The Indian line-up comprises of Benelli TNT 300, TNT 600i, TNT 600 GT, TNT 899 and TNT 1130R. The firm is offering two, three and four-cylinder motorcycles for the Indian line-up including entry-level motorcycles and higher-level as well.

The prices of the DSK-Benelli motorcycles offered by the manufacturer are:-

DSK-Benelli TNT 300:- Rs 2.83 Lacs

DSK-Benelli TNT 600i:- Rs 5.15 Lacs

DSK-Benelli TNT 600 GT:- Rs 5.62 Lacs

DSK-Benelli TNT 899:- Rs 9.48 Lacs

DSK-Benelli TNT 1130R:- Rs 11.81 Lacs

All these aforementioned prices are of Ex-Showroom Delhi. The firm has disclosed the technical specifications of the newly launched sports motorcycles along with their pricing. All the motorcycles will be entering the Indian shores via the CKD kits and will get assembled at the Wai, Pune located manufacturing plant. 1.DSK-Benelli TNT 300:- The Benelli TNT 300 is the entry level motorcycle offered by the Italian company. The motorcycle is built around a steel trellis frame incorporated with in-line, twin-cylinder motor. The 300cc displaced engine is equipped with Delphi electronic fuel injection system, which fetches out a maximum power of 36.2 BHP and 26.9 Nm of peak torque, while mated to a 6-speed transmission. The stopping power is provided by upfront twin disc brakes and a single disc at the rear.

2.DSK-Benelli TNT 600i:- Powered with the 600cc in-line, four-cylinder motor along with electronic fuel-injection system, the DSK-Benelli 600i gives you an amazing and standout feel of riding. The 600cc displaced engine is tuned to generate a maximum power of 80.5 BHP and achieves a peak torque of 52 Nm. The USD front suspension and monoshock at the rear helps improving the performance of the motorcycle.

3.DSK-Benelli TNT 600 GT:- The DSK-Benelli TNT 600 GT acquires a sporty-cum-adventure look carrying a front half-fairing. Featuring a 600cc, in-line four-cylinder motor, it belts out a churning power of 80 BHP @ 11,000 revs and achieves 55 Nm of peak torque @ 8000 revs. The stopping courtesy goes to twin floating disc brakes at the front and single disc with twin calipers at the rear. The 600 Gran Turismo carries a premium look, which is totally different from the associating members.

4.DSK-Benelli TNT 899:- It is a premium offering from the Italian company for the Indian aficionados. The TNT 899 carries a pumping heart of in-line- three-cylinder motor carrying an engine displacement if 899cc. The electronic fuel-injected engine is capable to churn out a total power of 118 BHP and 88 Nm of torque. The Marzocchi and ZF Sachs suspension give you an amazing riding experience over the street-fighter.

5.DSK-Benelli TNT 1130R:- Here comes the segment ruler, the DSK-Benelli TNT 1130R; a totally balanced street-fighter acquiring beasty performance. The 1131 cc displaced engine is incorporated with in-line, three-cylinder motor. The liquid-cooled engine delivers 155.5 BHP of total power and 120 Nm of torque. Carrying a real head-turner look, the TNT 1130 R will definitely rule the liter-class segment by making others surrender in front of it.
