Ducati has introduced the Scrambler Cafe Racer in its Indian lineup at an ex-showroom price of INR 9.32 Lakhs. The bike gets propelling power from an 803cc air-and-oil-cooled L-twin engine. Mated to a 6-speed slipper clutch enabled gearbox, the power plant is claimed to put out the maximum power of 73 hp at 8,250 rpm along with 67 Nm towering torque at 5,750 rpm. The Euro 4 compliant engine comes features with black-trimmed covers and machined cooling fins.

It represents the expression of free spirit and is an icon of style for enthusiasts. The modern interpretation of legendary cafe racer from 1960’s, the Scrambler Cafe Racer features rear-view mirror mounted aluminium clip-on handlebars that offer a sporty character in riding style. Other premium parts comprise dual tailpipes exhaust supplied from Termignoni, black anodized aluminium cover and a dedicated seat with a rear cowl for the passenger section.

Kayaba 41mm inverted front fork and pre-load rear adjustable monoshock complete suspension setup for damping duties. While the braking come from anchored 330mm and 245mm disc brakes at both the front and rear wheel respectively. Other than this, the Bosch supplied dual-channel ABS is also being provided as standard equipment for improved safety while harsh braking, while the brake lever is adjustable. The bike runs on aluminium wheels with Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tyres measuring 120-section at the front and 180-section at the rear.
