Ford EcoSport Titanium S To Introduce On 14 May

Ford is ready to launch the EcoSport Titanium S in the country on May 14, 2018. With the launch, the performance-oriented model will take a 1.0-litre EcoBoost petrol engine. Along with extra power generation, the Ecoboost-equipped EcoSport Titanium S will get a stiffer suspension setup and an addition of which will make it faster and for quicker steering and spirited driving, just like the previous EcoSport. The Titanium S will be placed at the top of the EcoSport range in the country and produce a considerable output of 100 hp of power for the 1.5-litre diesel engine.

Further, the new top-spec trim will obtain more features such as a new 17-inch alloy wheels, sunroof and design matching with the BMW SUVs. The Titanium S will take a 4.2-inch information display, HID headlamps, a tyre pressure monitoring system and a slightly tweaked instrument cluster.

The SUV will obtain black inserts grille, fog lamps, black inserts for the grille, a contrast roof and headlamps. A new Satin Orange colour scheme will also be launched with this variant, and the SUV will obtain color-coordinated interiors, which shows the elements fitted on the centre console, orange shade finished seats, and doors.

After the launch of the Titanium S, the company is expected to reveal EcoSport Signature Edition as well. The model will take inspiration from the Titanium+ variant and will be powered by a 1.5-litre Dragon petrol engine generating a peak power of 123hp and another 1.5-litre diesel motor producing a peak power of 100hp. This edition will also obtain electronic stability control, 17-inch alloy wheels in different design and hill-start assist.

Further, it also obtains black inserts for the grille, fog lamps, headlamps and a rear spoiler. Coming to an interior, it will get special 'Signature' badging, color-coordinated interiors and unique Anodised Blue paint shade. The all-black interiors will take blue contrast stitching to make it look more attractive. The updated EcoSport will compete the upcoming Hyundai Creta facelift and updated Vitara Brezza in the market.
