Harley-Davidson India, has recently updated its product portfolio for 2017 calender year in November 2016. Now, the bike maker has come up with an announcement of increase in prices of the Street 750, the Sportster and its entire range of touring motorcycles. The rise in products retail value will be effected across the country from 1st April, 2017(Please don't take it as an April Fool's joke!!, it's an official announcement.) With this price revision, the motorcycles prices will be go high by up to 1.5 percent, as company claims.

For a reminsce, a good number from the available range is being locally assembled at the brand's Bawal, Haryana based manufacturing unit. In terms of market share, It is maintaining its domination on a huge market share of around 60 percent in the 600cc and above segment from the six consecutive years. Leader in the premium cruiser motorcycle manufacturers, Harley-Davidson is planning to bring 50 new models in the next five years, with an aim to increase its reach and business in the emerging markets like India.
