Hero MotoCorp, India's largest two-wheeler maker, seems to look forward towards the launching of its much-awaited 250cc motorcycle. The company was showcased the 250cc concept motorcycle at the Indian Auto Expo, 2014. Thus, the HX250R spotted testing for the first time without any camouflage and comes with the same design as seen of the concept motorcycle. Now, we are looking at a very real possibility that the company plans to launch the all new Hero HX250R in India by the current year. The flagship motorcycle has been spotted in grey color with body color front telescopic suspension. Furthermore, the quarter-liter motorcycle will compete with Hyosung GD 250N and Honda CBR 250R.

Taking about the sporty styling, the unparalleled body design and cues are designed by an American sport motorcycle manufacturer, Erik Buell Racing and AVL. The sporty character of HX250R comes from its twin headlight, windscreen, muscular fuel tank and split seat. The noteworthy feature, if you even notice, of this motorcycle is an exhaust system that is located beneath the seat. The motorcycle rests on tubular steel frame that helps achieve a low kerb weight, as it weighs only 139 KG. Furthermore, the frame sits on front telescopic suspension and rear monoshock absorber. The motorcycle gets analog digital instrument console and clip on handlebars.
