Honda CB Unicorn 160 Snooped, Is this the Upcoming 160cc Motorcycle?

Earlier this year at the Indian Auto Expo, 2014, the Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India (HMSI) has showcased a concept model of its upcoming motorcycle. The firm has jumped into a whole new segment of motorcycles carrying a 160cc engine displacement. The concept model is named as Honda CX-01 concept. Recently, we've come across some spied images of the Honda's upcoming motorcycle carrying a 160cc displaced engine. The spied vehicle is named as Honda CB Unicorn 160, it is also said to be a successor of the existing CB Unicorn and Trigger.

The first and foremost thing about the Honda CB Unicorn 160 is the "CB Unicorn 160" badge over the rear portion, below the pillion seat. It has received various other new equipments such as a more comfortable single wide seat complimented with rear grab rails, fully-covered chain guard, heel-toe-shifter and freshly fangled tail lamps. The side panels of the spied motorcycle are colored with a combination of silver and black.

 Honda CB Trigger

The upcoming Honda CB Unicorn 160 is expected to receive a single-cylinder, four-stroke engine carrying a 160cc engine displacement. The newly tuned engine is supposedly being churning out more power than the existing model. The current model power carrying a 149cc displaced engine is capable to belt out a total power of 14 BHP. The engine is coupled to a 5-speed transmission and might be expected to have a fuel-efficient technology.

Honda CB Unicorn

The upcoming Honda CB Unicorn 160, carrying a 160cc displaced engine, will definitely give this commuter segment competition a new direction. The motorcycle will go against the newly launched Yamaha FZ FI V2.0 and TVS Apache RTR 160. In order to provide excellent riding quality, the firm has attached mono-shock suspension at the rear. The stopping power has been taken care by a front disc brake and drum at the rear. The Prices and launching dates are expected to reveal anytime soon.
