Honda to Introduce New Technology in Upcoming Scooters

The Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer has never missed out a solo chance to acquire the top position in the two-wheeler industry. Just a few days back, the Honda Motorcycles India has imported a unit of the 125cc displaced engined scooter, Honda Lead 125. The firm has brought down the Honda Lead 125 over the Indian ground for the testing and R&D purpose, but relieves no plans for its launching in the country. Talking about the technology acquired by the Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer, it has installed several enhanced components and various advance technologies in the products offered, to achieve better performance and mileage.

The scooter range offered by the HMSI, i.e. Honda Activa, is equipped with HET (Honda Eco Technology). The Honda Lead 125, which is on its way of launching in the country, is also equipped with various enhanced components and features. The Honda has been selling its Lead 125 scooter in Vietnam since 2013. The 125cc displaced scooter is equipped with liquid-cooled engine, Honda's start-stop technology, noiseless electric starter and the Programmed Fuel-Injection (PGM-FI). The Honda Lead 125 is featuring a single-cylinder motor carrying an engine displacement of 125cc.

Besides the engine specifications, the additional components and technology offered by the manufacturer helps the scooter to achieve more power and better mileage while performing. The noiseless electric start will reduce the vibrations occurred while starting the scooter. The start-stop technology will help to conserve fuel-emission during the simultaneous ignition. And, the Programmed Fuel-Injection system will let the scooter to achieve a fuel-efficient ride. Eventually, the conclusion behind the introduction of all these technologies in the scooter helps the rider to get a fuel-efficient ride, which pretty much suits the Indian condition.

Although, let's wait till the official introduction of the Honda Lead 125 in the country. It might lead other existing or upcoming scooters to a different way, as the manufacturer could be looking forward to introduce these technologies in the country in the coming time.
