Husqvarna 701 Spotted in Austria

Husqvarna Motorcycle expressed its willingness to introduce new products. In that row, Husqvarna 701, the upcoming cafe races was spied during testing at the KTM headquarter in Austria.

There are also three prototype models which were showcased at the 2014 EICMA and till now under development such as 401 Vitpilen, 701 Supermoto and 401 Svartpilen. The 401 Vitpilen and 401 Svartpilen motorcycles are inspired by the KTM 390 Duke, whereas the 701Supermoto was born by taking the DNA of KTM 690 SMC R Model. The spied motorcycle is a part of its 2016 line-up.

Taking about the recently spied motorcycle, the Husqvarna 701 cafe racer incorporates a liquid-cooled, single cylinder and 690cc engine. As per the source image, this cafe racer is in-housed with chassis frame, front suspension, front fender, swingarm at rear side and headlight. It seems that few components are borrowed from the KTM Duke 690.

It gets a new and fresh design as the bike incorporates low seat height, exhaust (under the belly of the motorcycle), spoke wheels and new body panel. As per the reports, the bike will be showcased in November at the 2015 EICMA. The Indian enthusiastic bikers are more excited to ride the new cafe race, developed under the KTM line-up.
