Today, Hyundai India has introduced the top ranging variants of Elite i20 and i20 Active with an AVN infotainment unit. AVN means 'Audio Video Navigation' that contains a seven-inch touchscreen interface. This facility is accompanied by pre-loaded maps, rear view parking camera and a voice-based satellite navigation. It also comprises an entertainment system that offers all the important connectivity options. Its Bluetooth compatibility enables the user to sync his/her smartphone with the in-built facility and perform functions like making and answering calls alongside syncing the audio.
The touchscreen also aids in accessing various locations through the maps that are already saved in the system. The user can also go through the list of contacts and their addresses and make a hands-free call with the help of this hi-tech equipment.
The top-end variants Elite i20 Asta (O) and i20 Active SX have been equipped with this navigation system in both diesel and petrol trims. The former is available at INR 7,16,547 for the petrol trim and at INR 8,28,496 for diesel trim. On the other hand, the latter is available the price of INR 7,92,045 and INR 9,16,685 for petrol and diesel models respectively.
