Innova Crysta Rival Kia Grand Carnival MPV Spotted In India

The Kia Grand Carnival MPV has been caught in Gurgaon, there is also information that the company is planning to launch the Innova Crysta rival in India.

The Grand Carnival is bigger in length as compared to the Innova Crysta, measuring dimensions of 5,11 meters in length, 1,75 meters in height, 1,98 meters in width and taking 3,06 meters in dimensions. In the global market, the Carnival is available with 7,8 and 11 seat choices.

It is premium and spacious as well. If the SUV comes in India, the Kia is expected to price and make the Grand Carnival positioned above the Innova Crysta.

The Kia Grand Carnival will take power from a 2.2 4-litre cylinder turbocharged diesel engine generating a peak power of 199 bhp at 3,800 rpm and a peak torque of 441 Nm at 1,750-2,750 rpm. The motor comes mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox as standard. The Kia compact MPV will be powered by a 3.3-litre petrol engine option in the global market.

Innova Crysta is available with a petrol engine option, Kia also has engine ready to put in the Grand Carnival. Now, the Kia is ready to estimate the Grand Carnival MPV for India with the Stonic compact SUV.

As a CKD(completely knocked down) option, it may not be operable in the MPV segment which is for the cab marketers and beneficial in case of driving lakhs of kilometers. If the company built the Kia Grand Carnival units in India locally, it will also reduce the maintenance costs of the car.
