KTM Reveals RC390 Cup Series Edition, Specs Inside

The KTM RC390 is undoubtedly an unmistakable product designed by the Austrian motorcycle manufacturer. The firm has given sleek styling, full-faired bodywork and stunning performance to the sports motorcycle. Although, the KTM RC390 didn't miss out anything on the cosmetic front, but how about a limited edition sports motorcycle who is dressed in KTM Road Racing Championship Series livery. Well, a few days back, the KTM has introduced its all new RC Cup series sports motorcycle, i.e. KTM RC390. However, this is not a street-legal or road-going version of the sports motorcycle; it will be exclusively available for track racing only.

Now, the KTM has revealed the complete technical specifications of the KTM RC390 Cup Series. The RC Cup bike gets its power from the very same single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine carrying an engine displacement of 375cc. The sports motorcycle receives electronic fuel injection engine, which is de-tuned to belt 38 horsepower, as this is the track-only version. In order to achieve high performance over the race tracks, the firm has installed fully-adjustable WP suspension at both, at the front and rear. The KTM RC390 Cup bike will also be featuring a titanium Akrapovic exhaust, which resembles with the KTM's RC8 style.

Apart from the technical changes, the KTM RC390 also features various attractive cosmetic makeovers as well. The RC Cup Series bike receives a sporty and racing bodywork saying MotoAmerica RC CUP, a new windshield, designer belly pan, racing styled footpegs and sporty tail fairing. The factory-sealed KTM RC390 Cup bike is now available carrying a price tag of 9,999 USD (approx Rs 6.17 Lacs).

The KTM RC Cup Series will be having a five-round special class series, which comes under the MotoAmerica AMA/FIM American Motorcycle Road Racing Championship Series. The KTM RC390 Cup bike should be maintained and checked by HMC professionals.
