Latest Spy Shots of Ducati Multistrada 939 Divulged Online

Once again we are here with some latest spy-snaps of the entry-level Ducati Multistrada 939, which have become trending on the internet these days. Earlier this month, the bike was spotted undergoing test runs in Europe, which more or less revealed bike maker's intention of launching the machine.

Unlike the previously camouflaged test mule, these spied shots reveal much about the cosmetic mural of the adventure motorbike. With front fascia opting red, the bike’s appeal look extremely furious and bewitching. Seems to be taken at a garage, these fresh images make us believe that the upcoming small beast will carry a 937cc L-Twin engine adopted from the Hypermotard and the SuperSport.

Though, the design is more or less similar to the Multistrada 1200, yet there is something which distinguishes the younger sibling with the elder brother. The double-sided swingarm makes the difference. As per the reports, the seat height has also been lowered down for the novice riders. For obvious reasons, the entry-level bike will be less powerful and lighter than the litre-class Multistrada 1200.

The mill would generate a power of around 112BHP with 98NM of torque, which are identical figures from the Hypermotard and the SuperSport. However, changes might be there in the gear ratios and engine’s tuning will be different as well.

Seeing the rapid increase in the demand for adventure tourers in the country, we can anticipate the Ducati Multistrada 939 in the country anytime soon after the global debut. As far as the competition is concerned, the 13 lakh adventure tourer will hit head to head with the Triumph Tiger 800 XRx, the Suzuki V-Strom and the Kawasaki Versys 1000.
