Mahindra Announces Special Edition Centuro to Celebrate Association with Mirzya

Mahindra Two-Wheelers has introduced a Special Mirzya Edition Centuro to celebrate the association with Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s upcoming movie ‘Mirzya’. As of now, it’s been heard that the bike is going to be launched near about the release of the movie and that too in limited numbers. Apart from the cosmetic updates, rather the golden lines on either side of the bike, nothing has been changed on to the bike.

“We are delighted to offer a really distinctive and stylish looking Mahindra Mirzya edition to celebrate our association with the Film "Mirzya". We are confident that like the film, Mahindra Mirzya will become a rage in the upcoming festive season," said, Vinod Sahay, Chief Executive Officer, Mahindra Two Wheelers.

The Special Edition Mirzya remains the same in terms of powertrain as it is armed with an 110cc MCI-5 (Micro Chip ignited 5 curve) engine that accelerates the bike at a power of 8.38BHP along with 8.5NM of torque. The engine is paired up with a constant mesh 4-speed manual transmission unit. Besides, the anti-theft system is also there along with the remote-flip key, an engine mobilizer, black alloy wheels and LED tail lamps.

On the other hand, Rohit Khattar, Chairman Cinestaan Film Company said "Our association with Mahindra Two Wheelers for Mirzya has been very rewarding. The motorcycle is an integral part of the lead character in the movie and we wish the Mahindra team all the very best for the Special Edition success," commented, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Director of ‘Mirzya’, on the introduction of the Special Edition Centuro.

With prices to be still unknown, the new Mahindra Mirzya is scheduled to be delivered from October’s first week parallel to the Centuro. While latter is to be priced between the range of INR 46,890 and INR 52,890 (ex-showroom, Mumbai), we can expect the former to be somewhat nearer.
