India being the trend following nation, is now seeking for more AMT Automobiles to settle upon & in this series, Maruti has come up to delight the public with its all new 'Ignis'. According to Motor Trend India, both petrol & diesel variants of Maruti Ignis will house AMT. It will be delivered from the Nexa outlets of Maruti which are known for having their premium services.
The festive season will be the hot time for the car maker to make sales, the companies made New Baleno & Vitara Brezza has already taken the market with a good share & positive holding.

As far as the mechanical is concerned, the two variants - 1.2 litre petrol engine & a 1.3 litre diesel engine . It is likely to offer an array of safety features such as driver & passenger airbags & EBD/ABS as standard.
Till now, price related specs are unknown but the range can be in middle of Rs. 5-7 Lakh. It will compete with its closest rival Mahindra KUV100. Maruti has already confirmed that the launching will be held before the end of 2016.
