Maruti Vitara Brezza Recorded Fastest 3 Lakh Sales

Maruti Suzuki introduced the Vitara Brezza in March 2016. Counting from the launch, it has acquired glamour in sub-4m SUV segment and has become one of the best selling SUV in the segment. Available along with diesel engine only, the Brezza still touched the 3 lakh sales record in just 2 years and 4 months. Therefore, averaging the number on time duration results in 10,714 units of the Vitara Brezza sale each month.

Considering the features in Brezza, there is nothing more special which is making the Brezza that much popular among people, though, it includes frugal diesel engine, significant styling, competitive price range, good service and Maruti’s trustworthy sales network. Maruti mentions that the top variants Brezza Z and Z+ have proved the big contributor in a sale as they cover 56% total SUV sales. In the explanation to Brezza variants, it is acknowledged that the Brezza ZDI variant provides more value than any other variants.

Maruti Suzuki recently initiated the choice of an AMT on the Vitara Brezza and that has created it a preferable choice for car buyers who want the automatic transmission convenience in the sub-4m SUV car. The car manufacturer mentions that the 23% of total booking amount done post-May 2018 were for the automatic transmission variants.

Whereas the Vitara Brezza has touched the record and become the first runner in achieving the 3 lakh sales record as compared to the other SUVs that are running in the Indian market, however, the Hyundai Creta is another option in SUV segment which is attracting the buyers a lot. In the same duration, when the Brezza touched 3 lakh sales record, the Creta has also recorded 2.23 lakh sales in Hyundai account, which indicates an average sale of 7,964 units per month. In spite of being the more affordable choice than the Creta, other SUVs like the Tata Nexon, Ford EcoSport, and Honda WR-V have badged lower sales of 4502, 5349, 3392 units respectively.
