Renault Duster Facelift Unveiled at the 2016 Auto Expo

Renault India updated its product lineup by unveiling the refreshed Duster Facelift at day 2nd of the proceeding Auto Expo. This updated variant will have an option for an automatic transmission with diesel, which is the zenith here besides the elegant designing. By far, no compact SUV other than Hyundai Creta is offering an option for the same with diesel.

The machine now comes with 110PS of power with Renault's Easy-R (AMT) automatic transmission as an option, mated to Duster's six-speed manual unit. All other mechanical options are remained intact, including AWD. Moreover, slight modifications to the grille, headlights and the bumpers have also been made. A new twin-slat grille with Renault's badge looks pretty cool. Corner portions of the front get redesigned with dual barrel headlamps. On an all, the front fascia is giving the SUV an all new look. While the side profiles have not been touched at all, the French multinational automaker tweaked with new alloy wheels and Duster branded roof rails. As far as the rear division is concerned, the car features LED taillamps and innovative graphics.

On the interior, perceptible changes like new central console and a tidy instrument cluster are the major highlights. Additionally, the 2016 Duster Facelift appends attributes like 7-inch Renault’s MediaNav touchscreen infotainment system and manual AC.
