Recently, Renault India has premiered its most awaited Lodgy MPV at the Renault Star Guild Awards 2015, which was solemnized by the well famous artists from the film industry. The most popular actor, Anil Kapoor made an appearance of this vehicle publicly, while Hrithik Roshan became the first customer of the upcoming MPV. Currently, This runabout is in the final stage of testing at the Mumbai-Pune expressway and is expected to launch in the Indian automobile market very shortly in 2015. Moreover, its production has already been commenced at the Orgadam plant in Tamil Nadu with a new front grille, stunning chrome highlights, latest alloy wheels as well as it will get minor styling modifications as compared to the International version.
This model will be available in two variants with the name of Lodgy and Lodgy Stepway. Notably, the Stepway version would include appreciable designing features alongside roof rails, skid guards and additional body cladding to render tremendous aspects for everyone. Mechanically, the Lodgy will be powered by a 1.5 litre four-cylinder diesel engine, while its complete powertrain features are still to be unveiled. Renault is planning to achieve the noteworthy success from this vehicle as it has been gotten from its Duster.
