Suzuki Gixxer Received Racing Inspired Dual-tone Paint Scheme

Recently, Suzuki has launched the updated or upgraded version of their existing products as Suzuki Let's, Swish and Hayate. Now, the Japanese two-wheeler maker, Suzuki, has introduced new dual-tone color for its most awarded motorcycle- Gixxer. The new dual-tone edition is inspired by the traditional Suzuki racing colors that look very dynamic. The bookings of the new edition have been commenced. In addition of new dual-tone paint scheme, the manufacturer has not made any changes in its powertrain. Moreover, the price of the new addition is not revealed yet, but it is expected that it will be higher than its current model.

The components which have gone under the dual paint scheme are fuel tank, a little bit of fairing underneath the fuel tank, headlamp cowl, front mud-guard and grab-rails. The Gixxer gets thin wheel stripes that perfectly matches with its dual-tone body colors. Moreover, the new addition gets new clear-lens indicators instead of conventional orange colored indicators.

From the technical side, the Suzuki Gixxer is powered by a 155cc engine displacement incorporated with a single-cylinder and air-cooled motor. The 155cc is tuned to generate a maximum power of 14.6 BHP at 8000 RPM and a peak torque of 14 Nm at 6000 RPM, while the engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission. The 155cc motor is furnished with company's patent technology such as Suzuki Eco Performance (SEP) system, which helps to achieve a fuel-efficient ride. The braking duties are taken care by a front disc brake and rear drum brake. The motorcycle rides on a front telescopic suspension and a rear monoshock suspension.
