For a very long time, Suzuki Gixxer has been on its way to launch, now the time has come when you can have your Suzuki Gixxer. The authorized Suzuki dealers have given affirmation that the bookings are going through and one can book Suzuki Gixxer by paying the initial amount of Rs 5000. People can visit the dealership showroom in the July first week to have a look of new Suzuki Gixxer. The bike is available only in Blue color. The company will start commencing soon, once it will reach out to the showrooms.
Suzuki introduces "Suzuki Eco Performance" (SEP) in this bike, which helps to make out more mileage from the engine and it will make this bike cost-effective as well. This is the first bike designed by the company with macho look in 150cc series, which suits best for youths and it gives the rider a cozy and comfy ride within the city. Gixxer produces a power of 13.9PS and can achieve a maximum torque of 13.4Nm.
Yamaha FZ-S has its own special features. The marketing done by the company saying it as 'Lords of the Street'. This bike has its own courageous looks which is especially designed for young executives. FZ-S is powered by a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine giving 153cc of engine displacement and generating 14PS @ 75,00RPM and a maximum torque of 13.6Nm @ 6,000RPM. The style of the bike increases with its mid-sized muffler. The most attracting feature is that FZ-S is available in 5 color variants:- Fearless Black, Glory Gold, Raging Red, Mean Green and Tempest Blue.
The level of competition can be seen at the price counter of both the bikes. Gixxer and FZ-S, both have almost similar features provided by their manufacturers i.e. Suzuki and Yamaha, respectively. The price range of Gixxer ranges Rs 80,000 to Rs 90,000; whereas the FZ-S is priced between Rs 75,000 to Rs 80,000 (Ex-showroom price). Now, the time alone will tell us who is the champion of this battle?
