It's no secret that Tata Motors is soon going to bring a hatchback popularised as Kite. The model has been teased in images and videos, but the complete look was not available until now. A website named autosarena has recently uploaded pictures of the hatch, revealing complete look of the car without any camouflage. Its official name is Tata Zica and it will be revealed officially in Goa on 1st December, 2015. the car will be launched for the Indian market in January, 2016.

The exterior features donned by this hatchback include chrome highlights at various portions on the fascia. It gets a mesh pattern grille flanked by a pair of smoked headlamps, indicators located on the wing mirrors, bulges on bonnet as well as front bumper and a rear spoiler housing a stop lamp. Further, it sports alloy wheels, rear window defogger and rear parking sensors, thereby suggesting that this one is a top end variant.
Moving on to the interior, the cabin flaunts a Black & Beige ambiance that might be equipped with a Harman Kardon system accompanied by four-speakers, steering mounted controls, rear headrests, power windows, etc. As far as the safety features are concerned, important fitments like ABS, EBD and dual front airbags.

The upcoming Zica will be available with both diesel and petrol engine options consisting of a 1.05 litre and a 1.2 litre unit respectively. Transmission will be managed by a 5-speed manual gearbox, but an automatic transmission unit could also be found. It will pose a big threat to the models like Hyundai i10, Chevrolet Beat and Maruti Celerio in the compact car segment.
