TVS Apache 200 Mocked; Set for India Launch on 20th January

Prior to the official unveiling of the ardently awaited 2016 TVS Apache 200, the company released its first teaser on the official Indonesian website. The motorcycle is likely to be vended in Indonesia soon once it is launched in India. The picture is taglined as 'UNCOVER THE BIKE...UNCOVER THE RACER IN YOU', with an evil red curtain covering the bike. While the concept looks purely exceptional, by and large it will target the Indonesian bike enthusiasts. The plan is to run a social media contest and the lucky winners would get a chance to encounter the motorcycle at the Sentul Circuit.

Though, from the teaser everything is in disguise with a red veil, but from various spy shots till now, we have got a fairer idea about the body dynamics and the mechanics of the machine pretty well. The sturdy Apache 200 sports a completely new design with an edgy, shield-framed LED headlamp, augmented massive fuel tank, minimal fairing, LED taillights, traditional telescopic forks at the front and swing arm monoshock at the rear. The instrument cluster comprises of a speedometer, tachometer, gear indicator, clock, fuel gauge, odometers, trip meters and a service due indicator. Apart from this, the bike will probably feature a twin outlet exhaust to enhance its elegance.
