TVS Commence Apache RTR 200 4V Deliveries in 5 Cities

The Draken concept based flagship product of the third largest Indian two-wheeler manufacturer, TVS Apache RTR 200 4V made its official debut at the Delhi Auto Expo in January 2016. As we noted you earlier about the Apache RTR 200 4V deliveries that were going to commence by April 2016. But the dispatch of this naked beast postponed and it has been commenced now in five high profile cities like Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, and Bangalore. Holding the price sticker of Rs 93,880 (ex-showroom, Mumbai), it will cost you around Rs 1.1 lakh on road.

The Apache RTR 200 4V comes in two variants of Fuel Injected and Carbureted version. But for now, only the Carburetted non-ABS version is available at the TVS dealerships in above mentioned five cities. Post its unveil in January 2016, the Apache RTR 200 received a plunge of Rs 4500 in ex-showroom price. Other than this, the optional Pirelli tyres fitted Apache RTR 200 4V costs Rs 6000 more. The fuel injected and ABS equipped RTR will hit the Indian motoring market in the coming months and the price of these upcoming variants have not been unveiled by the bike maker.

The housed all new 200cc single cylinder oil cooled motor propel the street fighter with the churns power of 20 bhp and torque of 18Nm. The linked to a five-speed gearbox to engine transfers the whole power to the rear wheel. The company claims that it can attain the speed of 60Kmph just in 3.9 seconds.

The Chennai-based bike maker offers seven color options of matte yellow, matte white, matte red, matte gray, matte black and white and matte black. The Apache RTR 200 4V will do face off with the likes of Honda CB Hornet160R and Bajaj Pulsar AS200 in the Indian market.
