TVS Jupiter FI CBS Spotted Without Camouflage Wrap

Launched in 2013, TVS Jupiter turned out a flagship model for the automaker that was expected open heartedly by the customers. Higher placed in the country's largest selling scooters, the Jupiter as on date has a huge customer base of 2 million happy customers.

Want to continue this success journey, the Chennai based bikemaker is all set to introduce an upmarket model of the same with advanced features such as the Fuel Injection and Combi Brakes. Recently, the photographers get the chance of capturing the same in two dimensions at the company's Hosur based facility in Tamil Nadu. the place where media test rides were conducted by the company for the newly launched Apache RTR 160 4V.

Apparently, the new TVS Jupiter with FI and CBS is identical to the regular Jupiter. the aspects which differentiate both are the affixed two new stickers. the sticker that demonstrates SYNC Braking System get placed on the front mudguard that has already been witnessed on other ongoing scooters (Eg. Honda Activa, etc) in the market, with wording Combi Braking System. The system helps in distributing optimum braking force to both the wheels by pressing the front brake lever.

Placed on the front apron, the FI, Fuel Injection System is the other sticker that helps in enhancing riding experience and fuel economy.

In terms of power, the similar 110cc single cylinder engine of the regular Jupiter with FI System will take care the propelling duties. However, the power figures are not out yet. But with the Carb system, the engine is capable of churning out the maximum power of 8bhp at 7500rpm and the peak torque of 8Nm via a mated CVT transmission. We hope the expel out figures from the Fi trim will be an upgrade over the Carb unit figures.
