TVS Motors has revived its scooter offering the Wego with 2018 model year updates. Put to generate volume this festive season, the Wego now gets new colour schemes with updates sticker jobs and a host of added features. Including a new seat unit, a pass-by switch and a maintenance-free battery. Other than this, the sporty wheel-rim stickers and a 20-litre utility box are also on offer with the new Wego.
At the launch of 2018 TVS Wego Aniruddha Haldar, Vice President (Marketing) Commuter Motorcycles, Scooter and Corporate Brand, TVS Motor Company said, "At TVS Motor Company, we have brought in interventions across our product portfolio based on evolving customer requirements. TVS WEGO is inspired by the youthful lifestyle of our target audience. We are confident that this refresh of the award-winning TVS WEGO, will resonate with our customers."

In terms of power, the 110cc single-cylinder engine from the earlier model continues to power the 2018 Wego. the engine is rated to generate the peak power of 8bhp and 8.4Nm of peak torque. Altogether, it is claimed to return the fuel efficiency of 62 Kmpl.
In the features list, the scooter gets an all-digital speedometer, full-metal body with body balancing technology is being offered. One can choose from the list of four options available including Red, Blue, Grey and black at the asking price of INR 53,027, ex-showroom-India.
