Vespa Notte Introduced in India at INR 70,285

Vespa India has expanded its scooter lineup with the introduction of the Notte at INR 70,285, ex-showroom, Delhi. The Notte which is an all blacked offering without even a piece of chrome, gets this design philosophy going by its as the Notte stands for 'night' in Italian.

In terms of mechanicals, the Notte shares its underpinnings with its sibling Vespa LX125. The 125cc single-cylinder engine enables pumping of 9.5bhp of maximum power and 9.9Nm of peak torque. However, the Notte is more accessible as its costs INR 4000 less than the LX125.

The India-spec Vespa Notte that is far different from the model on sale in the International markets, is only on sale in a single colour variant of matte black. In the 125cc segment, the Notte will see competition against the likes of the Honda Grazia, Suzuki Burgman Street, TVS Ntorq and the Aprilia SR 125.
