Volkswagen India has launched two new special edition models namely Polo Select and Vento Celeste. Only a limited edition of this units are produced by the company that comes attached with a numbers of new updates at both exterior and interior. Both are based on the highline variants of the Volkswagen vehicles.
Over the standard features, both special models have got a number of visual and styling elements. It includes, a black vinyl roof, black side body moulding, ORVM covers in carbon fibre finish.
Inside the cabin, you will get to see removable window blinds, a faux-carbon finish centre console, four scuff plates and new textile mats. Seat covers are also stitched with the company's logo. Besides these common features, the Vento sedan is also loaded with a Blaupunkt infotainment system with touch screen display and supportive navigation system as well as steering mounted control for Bluetooth and audio. For safety, ABS and dual airbags are there as a standard attachement.
When it comes to powertrain, both cars will uphold the same powertrain as their regular units. No exact price is yet revealed by the company but it is obvious that both will come out with little higher price. Customer who are living in Mumbai and want to have these updates can contact the dealers. The whole kit are offering for the price range of INR 16,000 to INR 45,000.
