Yamaha India Clocks 13% Positive Sales In September 2015

Yamaha Motor India on Tuesday has reported a positive sales report in the domestic two-wheeler market in September 2015. Yamaha has reportedly registered 13.38 % hike in the sales as the company has managed to sell 67,267 units of two-wheeler in the Indian two-wheeler market, whereas the firm had sold 59,325 units of two-wheeler in the same month of the last year. The firm is also eyeing on the more sales from its products that have recently come up in the new colors and graphics. Moreover, the company has recently launched the new YZF- R15S in its product line-up, which is to be believed to give positive sales to the company as well.

"The incessant growth numbers are a sign of success of Yamaha's robust business plan and strategic customer engagement programmes," said Roy Kurian, Vice President- Sales & Marketing, Yamaha Motor India Sales said. "The month has ended on a very positive note for us as we launched the new variant of YZF-R15S and the color variants of FZ-S Fuel Injector version and Fazer Fuel Injector version.

In his statement, he also added “the company, ahead of the festive season, is confident that recent launches and innovative customer connect programs will garner major sales and will be able to post some record numbers in the coming months."

Currently, the Yamaha India has a wind range of products in its portfolio that have contributed to giving such dynamic sales, the products consist of YZF R3, YZF R15 Version 2.0, YZF R15-S, Fazer-FI, FZS-FI, etc. Furthermore, the company has already started the bookings of its upcoming 2016 FZF-R1M motorbike.
