Yamaha SZ-RR Version 2.0 Got Matte Green Variant, Priced INR 1000 more

Yamaha SZ-RR Version 2.0 has introduced in a new matt green paint scheme, which was firstly applied on the FZ variant FZ-S and the Fazer motorcycles in the Yamaha stable. This Matte Green SZ-RR variant hit the market with the hike of INR 1000 in comparison to the standard color variants and clocked INR 67,664 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

From few days, the Japanese giant is in the news for alterations in the Indian product portfolio as the Yamaha recently eliminates 5 Bikes from its official website and bring in three new paint scheme to its YZF-R15 Version 2.0 and many more. The introduction of new paint schemes and elimination of the products that are outdated or not doing well for the company and announcements of new bikes in different segments to create anticipation in the Indian motoring enthusiasts.

This new Yamaha Matte Green SZ-RR Version 2.0 first made it’s presence at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo, last month. Optically, no cosmetic changes has been noticed in this model. However, this new apparel consists matte green painted tank extension, fender, some rear section and side panels. While the base body parts like fuel tank, exhaust, wheels and the body frame completely blacked-out.

In mechanical aspects, the motorcycle remains unchanged and continue to get the propelling power from the similar 149cc single-cylinder, four-stroke and SOHC engine that is able to burst out the power of 11.9 bhp and torque of 12.8 Nm and mated to five speed transmission. Apart from this, the motorcycle is also blessed with the Yamaha Blue Core technology that reduces the engine resistance and gives improved performance without any harsh in mileage. Yamaha SZ-RR, an executive commuter kept between the FZ and the Saluto in the Indian line up and block head with the available Bajaj Discover 150, Hero Xtreme and the Hero Achiever in the market.
