Yamaha XJR1300 Will Appear in INTERMOT Show

The first XJR1300 was manufactured by the Yamaha in the early 2002. Now, the Yamaha has just exposed the new version of its XJR1300 for 2015, that will appear in the INTERMOT show, which is going to start later today. Whereas, the company has revealed three new variants of its sport bike for 2015.

The iconic machine features a high-torque air-cooled engine, continental fuel tank and high standard braking systems. The company has made a number of changes in the engine and frame in its both XJR1300 and XJR 1300 Racer bike that gives a unique touch to the both bikes. Moreover, the engineers have reduced the overall weight by a 6kg, the XJR1300 is now lighter than existing models.

Moreover, the Yamaha XJR1300 gets a continental slim-line fuel tank, round head bulb along with a new instrument and solo seat that gives it a Heritage look. The numerous of improvement you will see at the first glance; fuel tank, Aluminum racing plate style side coverand handlebar and seat. The manufacturer improves the handling and riding department to make it easy to ride in city traffics such as the bike gets Aluminium tapered handlebars. Look at the tech spec, the changes in the technical profile have resulted in a better power and torque such as the new XJR1300 is powered by a four cylinder DOHC and 1250cc engine. The massive engine produces the 98bhp of power and 108Nm of torque to the rear wheel via six gear transmissions.
