At a dealership in Chennai, the lately launched most awaited Yamaha YZF-R15 V3.0 spotted in an off-beat matte black paint job with Monster Energy graphics. Let me aware you that the company is not offering such colour scheme for this newly launched entry-level sports runner. Actually, the new R15 V3.0 gets the dealership level customization for special Yamaha racing events. Painted in the matte black colour scheme, the motorcycle is adorned with bright green graphics and Monster Energy logo on the body parts such as the fender, fairing and the fuel tank.
Besides, spotted at the dealership, the similarly customized iteration has also made its appearance in front of the audience at the new Yamaha YZF-R15 V3.0 media rides earlier in time. Have a look on the motorcycle in the video attached below
In the new Yamaha YZF R15 V3.0, besides application of this out of the leak paint scheme, no alteration is made by the bike maker. This customized trim also continues to get power from the same single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, four-stroke engine with the displacement of 155cc. In association with Variable Valve Activation (VVA) and Assist and Slipper Clutch, the mill churns out 19.3PS and 15Nm. Altogether, the engine is rated to make the bike easily touch the top speed of around 144km/h.
The other highlighted features which grab the attention of onlookers are a fully digital instrument cluster, LED head light and tail lamp setup. Other than this, Yamaha also offers “Racing Kit” that includes Metzeler tyre, Daytona muffler and Frame Slider.
