Nikon Df Gold Edition released in Japan, Celebrating First Birthday

The Japanese based camera manufacturing company is celebrating the completion of one year of its well-famed Nikon Df. Just a few days back, the firm has introduced the all new gold plated Nikon Df Brikk Lux kit, where the Brikk has known for its mind-boggling creativity. If the gold ornamented Brikk Nikon Df Lux kit doesn't suits your pocket, then this would the perfect choice you can go with. It's been one year, when the Nikon has launched the Nikon Df Digital-SLR camera, which is priced above 1.50 Lacs INR.

Nikon Df DSLR Gold-Plated camera

Talking about the newly showcased gold edition Nikon Df DSLR, it will be making its availability exclusively in Japan. Apart from the gold-plated design, the firm will be offering a limited edition version of the Nikon Df DSLR. Hence, the difference between the base version and the limited edition version are that the firm will be using gold plated and in the base version, the standard metal will be used. The main difference between both the versions are that the limited edition weighs 5 gram more than the standard version.

Nikon Df DSLR Gold-Plated Lens Kit

The gold-plated Nikon Df DSLR camera will be offered in two different categories; the first one will be the body-only and the second one is paired with a gold-ringed AF-S Nikkor 50mm f/1.8G lens. As, this is the limited edition DSLR camera, so the company will be manufacturing only 600 units of the body-only form and the gold-plated kit with the lens has been limited to 1000 units, carrying a lens along with it. Talking about the accessories, the body-only form will be having AR-11G soft shutter and has given a special designed neck strap.

The Nikon will also be offering a choice to its buyer, as they could be able to select the front control wheel. The buyer can go for gold-plated front control wheel or silver plated as well. The limited edition Nikon Df DSLR camera will officially get introduced in the coming month of December, 2014 and will be available exclusively for Japanese. The limited edition body-only gold version is priced at 313,200 Yen (2690 USD) and the lens kit will be available carrying a price tag 334,800 Yen (2877 USD).
