Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro exorbitantly Pricier at Rs. 1,14,990

The leading PC maker has dropped a bombshell to thrill the whole Indian market with a convertible notebook. The Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro has been announced for country at exorbitantly big price. Yes, the devices seems soaring the sky by its price tag which seems quite inadequate to invest on a convertible that is Rs. 1,14,990.

Well, the convertible notebook was first introduced in October 2014 and now it is available on company’s thedostore to buy. It claims to be the first notebook with Intel’s latest Broadwell processors. Yes, the device is powered by Broadwell-based, Core M 5Y70 processor which is clocked at 1.1GHz. The best part is its capability of folding upto 360 degree.

It is also claimed as the thinnest device with 12.8mm thick profile and 1.19kg weigh, which is quite better than its predecessor Yoga 2. Well, the Yoga 3 Pro has a metal watchband hinge that helps to make it a convertible device. With four modes - tablet, laptop, tent and stand, it can be used as a multipurpose device.

On the specification side, the Yoga 3 Pro shows its compact design with 13.3-inch display with Corning Gorilla Glass coating which offers QHD+ (3200x1800 pixels) resolution. Intel HD Graphics 5300 is perfect for gaming enthusiasts for great experience coupled with 8GB of DDR3L 1600MHz RAM for smooth performance result. It comes in two variants – one with Windows 8.1 64-bit platform and other with Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit OS.

Users have the option of selecting 256GB or 512GB SSD storage for Yoga 3 Pro. It has 44Whr lithium-polymer battery and comes with JBL stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and Bluetooth v4.0 features. Lenovo has also unveiled ThinkPad PCs and tablets in the same event.
