Swipe X703 Tablet Available Via Snapdeal for INR 7,499

Not many are aware of the name Swipe Mobiles, but it's a California-based company that has been known for a while as a company that offers Android smartphones to its Indian users.

For those who don't know, the company launched its first product in the form of Ace Strike smartphone last year in the month of October and now has come forward with another tablet under the moniker Swipe X703 targeting the Indian business sector. The new tablet is available exclusively on Snapdeal in a white color variant with a price tag of Rs 7,499.

On the specification front, the tablet comes with a voice-calling feature and is also a Dual-SIM tablet something which is rarely seen in the case of tablets. The tablet features a 10.1-inch IPS capacitive display that gives a resolution of 1280x800 pixels with a pixel thickness of 160ppi. The tablet operates on Android Lollipop v5.1 OS and is powered by a 1.3GHz (MTK8321) Mediatek quad-center processor, mated with 1GB RAM and ARM Mali GPU.

Additionally, the tablet offers 8GB of inbuilt storage capacity which can be expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card. On the terms of camera and photography, the Swipe X703 comes with a 5-megapixel back camera with fixed focus, coupled with a 2-megapixel camera for selfies.

Swipe also offers a one year warranty on the tablet, alongside a six months guarantee on all the accessories that come inside the box. The Swipe X703 offers support for the Hindi language and comes equipped with a number of pre-loaded applications like Newshunt and Clean Master.

The tablet offers a 6000mAh non-removable battery, which Swipe claims can last up to 6 hours of play time, and 150 hours of standby time. Dimensionally, the device measures at 260.6x160.7x9.6mm and carries a weight of 0.5 kg. In terms of connectivity, the tablet offers support for 3G (Bands UMTS 2100), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS, however, it misses on the 4G network.

One must recall that just last month, Swipe had additionally launched the Elite Plus smartphone in India pricing it for Rs 6,999. It was made available only on Flipkart and came with a 5-inch HD display alongside support for 4G network and 16GB of inbuilt storage capacity.
