Today is the first day of Navratras and hence people will be celebrating Navratra Sthapana. There is a Legislation of establishing the statue of MATA, and as per this tradition a small Ghat or clay vessel is placed in front of Mata’s statue and a monolithic lamp is also kept glowing for coming 9 days.

For better results of the prayer, Vastu plays a major role and if all the procedures will go as per following rules of Vastu then result will come out to be great.

1. North-east corner is termed as direction of God. Mata’s statue and Ghat must be installed in this direction.

2. If you want to light the monolithic lamp in front of statue then it should be placed in east-south direction. It would be better if the lamp would be installed on a small bench of sandalwood.

3. Adorer must be facing towards north direction. If there are shelves above the worshipping area then it should be cleaned neatly and no dirty object should be kept there.

4. Many people change the religious flag on this day also. Flag should be established in the north-west corner.

5. There should not be any lavatory near the worshiping area and there should be ample sitting space for adorers.
