Alcatel One Touch Hero 2C is Bigger in Size, Launched @CES2015

Alcatel has made its appearance in the Las Vegas with a 6-inch big One Touch Hero 2C, which has been displayed at the ongoing CES event. The handset will first make entry in Latin America and then will be going to ship for other markets. Not any exact date revealed by the manufacturer.

It flaunts a 6-inch display which offers the screen resolution of 720x1280 pixels. While the predecessor of this newly announced handset has a full-HD display. Well, the handset seems bigger in size that would make you uncomfortable while holding the device in hand. We can say that this Alcatel phablet is not made for keeping in pocket.

The Hero 2C is backed by a 3,400mAh battery which is ergastic enough for long hours of phone life. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and uses Adreno 305 GPU to enhance th performance with better graphics result. On the rear front, you can experience the 13-megapixel camera with stunning picture result. The same will also be able to record 1080p full HD video. On the front panel, you have to satisfy with a 2-megapixel shooter.

Alcatel One Touch Hero 2C runs on Android 4.4 KitKat platform. No information has been received whether the company will be upgrading the device with Android Lollipop or not. Not any other detail regarding this device has been disclosed yet. Operating this huge sized phablet, you will definitely miss the stylus which is disappointingly has not been provided with the handset. On the other side, the company has also presented its One Touch Watch in the same event which will be selling at $149 and will be compatible with iOS and Android devices.
