Confirmed: Xiaomi Mi Max 3 Specs Leaked, To Come with Wireless Charging and Iris Scanner

Only three to four days are left for MWC 2018 Event, Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Xiaomi is in limelight these days for the Mi Mix 2S and Mi 7. Both, Mi Mix 2S and Mi 7 will be powered by a latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC chipset. Specifications and information regarding the Mi Mix 2S and Mi 7 have leaked online in the previous year in December. Everyone is keeping an eye what Xiaomi could offer in the next launch.

If the rumors are true then the Mi Max 3 could be the next biggest launch which will be offered by Xiaomi and the company will unveil it sometime later in 2018. The recent reports have revealed the specifications and details regarding the Mi Max 3. The reports are claiming that Mi Max 3 is likely to come with features such as iris scanner, wireless charging and many more. One of the major highlighting features of Mi Max series smartphone is that it comes with a larger battery capacity. The new leaks have confirmed that the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will come with a larger 5500mAh battery.

According to the reports of XDA Developers, it is anticipated that Mi Max 3 could support wireless charging and will come with an iris scanner. According to the firmware files which have surfaced online recently, XDA developers have observed that the Mi Max 3 will support wireless charging. If the rumors turned out to be true, then it would be the first Xiaomi smartphone that will come with Qi wireless charging.

XDA developers have listed the specifications and details of the upcoming Xiaomi smartphone. It is anticipated that the Mi Max 3 will be having thin bezels along with 18:9 aspect ratio display. Apart from the thin bezels, the Mi Max 3 is likely to come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC processor. More detailed information regarding the internal functioning system of the Mi Max 3 is about to come. According to the report suggesting that the upcoming Mi Max 3 might be having a Samsung S5K217+S5K5E8 or Sony IMX363 sensor positioned on the rear side of the smartphone. The reports further suggesting that for the selfie camera the smartphone will have an S5K4H7 sensor from Samsung.

According to the report of Chinese blog CNMO which was revealed in December in previous year also suggested that Mi Max 3 will be powered by a 5,500 mAh battery and will also have thin bezels- less display. It will be configured with dual- sim which will help in supporting dual- SD cards. It is expected that the Mi Max 3 will run on Android 8.0 Oreo and have an MIUI 9 on the top whereas there is no information regarding the RAM and internal storage capacity.
