Further, the company has provided a customer portal and a tool over the website, so that the customer can place the serial number of the handset and can ask for a repair service of the faulty element nearby and can even check for the availability of the free repair. The customers can also bring their affected handsets to the authorized store and to the Apple store for the same.
The devices were sold from September last year till January this year. The bulk of devices were sold but a small percentage got this error effect. The sister phone iPhone 6 was also sold the same time, but large screen phablet was a great success. The device is a hot seller in US, beating the Samsung large screen handsets.
Apple had a great hike in the company's financial results from the great shooter effective handset. The company has even planned its commercials to be shooted with the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus cameras.
