As expected, Huawei the Chinese smartphone has finally launched the Honor Note 10 at an event conducted in China on 31st July 2018. The smartphone appeared on the internet several times in the form of leaks and rumors before the formal launch. The company has skipped the Note 9 in its Note series and directly launch the Note 10 which is to be the successor of Note 8.
Huawei has adopted the ‘Nine Liquid Cooling Technology" in Honor Note 10 which protect the smartphone from overheating. It offers eight-layer heat dissipation along with 10-degree Celsius cooler temperature than other players.
The Chinese tech giant has launched the Honor Note 10 in three storage variants. The base model 6GB RAM+64GB storage is retailing at RMB 2,799 (roughly Rs 28,100), whereas the mid- storage variant i.e., 6GB RAM+128GB has been priced at RMB 3,199 (approximately Rs 32,100). The top- variant bundled with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage comes with a price tag of RMB 3,599 (approximately Rs 36,100).
All of the variants of Honor Note 10 would be available for purchase from 3rd August 2018 particularly in the China market via several e-commerce platforms including VMall, Jingdong, Tmall, Suning and more. It is available in three color options: Midnight Black, Phantom Blue, and Lilly White.

The Chinese tech giant has developed the Honor Note 10 by keeping in mind of love for games and videos on their smartphones. Honor Note 10 features a larger 6.95 inch AMOLED display which offers a screen resolution of 2160×1080 pixels, 18:9 aspect ratio, and also support the HDR10 format. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo Operating system layered with EMUI 8.2.
In terms of hardware, the Honor Note 10 has an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 970 SoC coupled with GPU Turbo. The phablet is bundled with 6GB/ 8GB RAM and 64GB/ 128GB internal storage with an option to further expand memory by using a microSD card.
The Huawei Honor Note 10 comes with dual rear cameras which include 24- megapixel primary sensor and a 16-megapixel secondary sensor bundled with AI-powered capabilities and an LED flash. Both of the sensors having an aperture of f/1.8. Up front, the smartphone has a 13-megapixel selfie camera along with AI-powered and Facial Recognition Technology.
Under the hood, the Honor Note 10 is powered by a massive mAh battery along with fast charging technology. The connectivity options in the smartphone include dual-SIM card slots, 4G VoLTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C. A 3.5 mm headphone jack is missing in the smartphone but the smartphone comes with USB Type-C port which supports the regular headphones.
Apart from facial recognition, the Honor Note 10 also has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor which lets the users unlock the screen of the smartphone by using their designated finger. The dimensions of the smartphone are 177x85.7.65mm.
