Huawei Patent Discloses Dual-screen Smartphone

As per the recent patent filing, it seems that Huawei is working on a dual-screen smartphone. European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) published the patent filed by the Huawei in November 2018.

The filing discloses that the smartphone features a second display at the back panel. The filing also discloses many 3D images of the smartphone which gives a glimpse of what the company held for the customer.

In one of the image, a smartphone is seen featuring triple camera set up along with few sensors positioned horizontally and a small screen. This display will be used when the user will click a selfie. The same technology was seen on the Nubia X and Vivo Nex 2.

As this is just a patent, so we are not sure whether the dual-screen smartphone will be produced or not. And if this so happens, then the most fascinating thing will be the difference the Huawei smartphone will carry other than the other dual displays.
