Huawei to Launch Honor V9 With Dual Rear Camera on February 21

Huawei, the Chinese smartphone manufacturing firm is now all set to introduce its all new Honor V9 smartphone in its homeland later this month. The leading Chinese manufacturer has fixed a date for the upcoming launch on Weibo.

The teaser has confirmed the availability of a dual-camera setup at the rear side, which is also the highlighting feature of the handset. The availability details of it have not been revealed yet, but we can assume it may soon go on sale after China launch. According to TENAA listings, the Honor V9 Dual-SIM handset is supposed to feature a 5.7-inch QHD display along with 2.5D Curved Glass protection and will be powered by an octa-core Kirin 960 processor paired with 6GB RAM. It is also expected to pack 128GB inbuilt storage along with a facility to expand it with additional 128GB storage via microSD card.

In term of optics, the Android smartphone packs a 12-megapixel dual rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and Laser AF. An 8-megapixel of front shooter is also provided by the company for selfie lovers. Moreover, it is also said to come with a fingerprint sensor, runs EMUI 5.0 based on Android Nougat and is backed up by a 3900mAh battery along with a fast charging capability.

Apart from this, Huawei earlier this month launched its Honor 8 Lite in Finland with a price tag of EUR 269 (Rs 20,000 approx). The specifications of Honor 8 Lite were quite similar to the newly launched Huawei P8 Lite. The highlighting feature of Honor 8 Lite is it runs EMUI 5.0 based on Android 7.0 Nougat. Further specifications of the handset include a 5.2-inch full-HD display, an octa-core Kirin 655 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage. The optical part of the smartphone include a 12-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and an 8-megapixel front shooter for selfie enthusiasts.
