Moto E4 Specification, Price, Launch Date Leaked Online: All You Wanna Know

The Lenovo-owned Motorola has faced an another online leak in which the info about the company's upcoming Moto E4 has been shared via Twitter. The latest leak has uncovered detailed specifications of the Moto E4 along with the price and launch date of the handset. The Moto E4 has been claimed to be launched on 17th July with a price tag of CAD 249.99 (Approx. Rs. 12,000). It must be noted that in the past few months info about the Moto E4 and E4 Plus has been leaked several times.

The latest leak comes from the online tipster Roland Quandt, who on Twitter has shared the complete specifications and features of the device in a sheet. The leak specifies that the Moto E4 operates on the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat and will sport a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) IPS LCD display with 294 ppi pixel density, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The handset will come powered with a 1.25GHz MediaTek MT6737M Cortex-A53 quad-core chipset paired with 2GB of RAM and Mali-T720MP2 GPU. This upcoming Moto smartphone will have 16GB of storage that can be further expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. In the listing, the Moto E4 is tipped to sport a Lunar Grey color option.

The sheet shared by the online tipster Roland Quandt suggest that on the camera front the Moto E4 will have an 8-megapixel rear sensor with autofocus and LED flash and on the front, there will be a 5-megapixel front sensor for selfies. The handset will come powered with a 2800mAh removable battery and offers connectivity options like 4G LTE, Bluetooth v4.2, NFC, Wi-Fi 802.11n, FM radio, Micro-USB, and GPS.

As said above, the online tipster has claimed that the handset will be launched globally on 17th July with a price tag of CAD 249.99 (Approx. Rs. 12,000). Going by the previous leaks, earlier it was said that the Moto E4 unlocked version would be priced at EUR 150 (Approx. Rs. 10,500), while the E4 Plus will come in two variants with the pricing starting at EUR 190 (Approx. Rs. 13,300), with the 3GB RAM variant priced even higher. Moto E4 Plus, according to the reports, the Dual-SIM smartphone will be slightly larger than its sibling as it packs a 5.5-inch HD display with resolution 720 x 1280 pixels. In term of optics, it will be blessed with a 13-megapixel rear shooter. Moreover, the report has also detailed the availability of a 3GB variant of the handset as well. The biggest highlight of the handset is believed to be its massive 5000mAh battery, and apart from it, further specifications remain the same as Moto E4.

According to a previous leak by tipster Evan Blass, the E4 Plus will not only slightly larger than the E4 but will have sport design changes as well. Interestingly, it will feature a Home Button in front housing a fingerprint sensor, while the Moto E4 won’t have any Home Button at all. The front camera specifications are also slightly different from each other of both the upcoming smartphones.
